城市地铁盾构选型及关键参数区域化研究

为了认清城市地铁盾构选型中不同地区之间的选型规律性和差异性，针对现有研究中的不足，通过统计分析法，共统计了2008-2017年16座城市30个区间盾构选型及关键参数选取情况，包括盾构类型、刀盘结构、主机长度、刀盘直径、开口率、转矩和推力等。分析了相关参数与地层之间、相关参数内部之间的差异性和规律性，最后将得到的结论对成都地铁18号线土建1标盾构选型及关键参数进行简要评价，评价结果表明该区间盾构选型较为合理。研究成果可为今后盾构选型及评估提供新的思路。

Shield Type Selection for Urban Metro and  Regionalization Study of Key Parameters

The study of methods and differences of shield type selection in different areas in urban metro construction is of great significance. Hence, the shield type selection and key parameters in 30 sections in 16 cities from 2008 to 2017 are statistically analyzed, including shield types, main shield length, cutterhead structure, cutterhead diameter, cutterhead opening, torque, thrust, etc. And then the difference and regularity between related parameters and strata and among the related parameters are analyzed. Finally, JP+2]the conclusions are used to evaluate the shield type and key parameters in Civil Bid 1 of Chengdu Metro Line 18, and the evaluation results show that the shield type selection is rational. The results can provide new ideas for shield type selection and evaluation of similar projects in the future.
