摘    要:为预防盾构故障、降低施工风险,通过长期对盾构检测数据积累和运行状态的研究,研制一套适用于盾构的油液在线监测系统,能够对主轴承润滑油、液压油的黏度、水分和激光颗粒度等指标进行实时监测和远程监测,分析和判断盾构的性能状态,确保盾构顺利施工。在盾构上安装该系统进行试验,系统采集的数据与离线检测的数据基本一致,部分数据最大偏差3.62%,能够反映出盾构运行的真实状态,数据的稳定性和准确性也能满足使用需求。盾构油液在线监测系统的成功研制可为今后盾构管理工作的自动化、网络化、智能化奠定基础。

Abstract:In order to prevent shield malfunction and reduce construction risk, an oil online monitoring system for shield is developed through long term research on detection data accumulation and operation status of the shield. By using the system, real time monitoring and remote monitoring on viscosity, moisture and laser granularity of main bearing lubricating oil and hydraulic oil can be realized, and the analysis and judgment of the performance state for the shield can ensure the smooth construction of the shield. The system installed on the shield is tested, and the data collected by the system are basically consistent with the offline test data, with 3.62% of the maximum deviation for some data, which could reflect the real state of the shield operation; and the stability and accuracy of the data could meet the use requirements. The successful development of online monitoring system of shield oil is expected to lay a foundation for the automation, network and intelligence of the future shield management.
