船舶冷藏集装箱节能技术研究

摘    要:海运冷藏集装箱的节能问题日益引起人们的关注,集装箱节能可以从冷机机组和箱体维护结构两个方面综合考虑。本文是在实验室条件下,通过模拟和理论计算,采用变频技术,利用高绝热保温材料真空绝热板对集装箱箱体结构进行改造,在不影响箱体安全的情况下尽量减少漏热量,并根据集装箱箱内温度场的分布情况选择合理的货物堆放方式,可以达到有效节能的目的。

Abstract:Energy-saving of marine reefer containers has attracted more and more attention.It may be considered from re- frigerating plant and container body structure.This paper proves by simulation and theoretical calculation that under labora- tory condition,effective energy-saving can be achieved by adopting frequency convention technique,reforming container body structure by means of high-insulation material,vacuum heat-insulating panel,to reduce heat leakage to the least ex- tent without affecting the body safety,and selecting rational cargo stacking scheme according to the distribution of tempera- ture field in the containers.
