车用柴油机共轨式电控喷射系统关键技术的仿真与实验研究

摘    要:介绍了中压共轨系统(PAIRCUI)和高压共轨系统(FIRCRI)的原理与特点,并用计算机仿真与实验方法研究了其中的关键性结构参数对喷油规模的影响。最后介绍了通用于这两种共轨系统以及双燃料天然气发动机控制的ECU,以及电控发动机的MAP标定技术。

Abstract:This paper presents the working principle and characteristics of the medium pressure common rail system(PAIRCUI)and the high pressure common rail system(FIRCRI) The effects of some structure parameters on injection rate are studied by calculations and experiments Finally the ECU and mapping technology which can be used in the two common rail systems and diesel/CNG dual fuel engine are described
