| 摘 要： | 当今建设项目日益复杂,大量的新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备不断地被应用,加之参建单位多、项目周期长,以及安全控制中传统的安全管理模式受到冲击,这就需要建设监理人员在监理工作中打破陈规,注意提高知识和技能。因此讨论工程建设监理工作的技术和艺术问题很有必要。

| Abstract: | Construction projects are getting more and more complex nowadays.Large number of new technologies,new processes,new materials and new equipments are being applied,together with more participation units,long project cycle,and traditional safety management model under attack,which require the construction supervision staff to break the convention and focus on improving knowledge and skills.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the technical and artistic issues of construction supervision. |
