摩托车零部件材料及热处理工艺的发展

摘    要:摩托车零部件品质的优劣直接关系到摩托车的使用寿命,而发动机零部件、传动齿轮用钢、轴承及紧固件材料及热处理则是保证摩托车使用寿命和可靠性的基础,同时也是改善摩托车性能、提高运行效率的重要途径。在摩托车运行故障中约60%是因为零部件问题引起的,对发动机零部件不仅要求有很高的抗疲劳强度和屈服比,还要有很高的冲击性能,摩托车制造难点之一也在于零部件热处理工艺。

Abstract:The quality of materials for motorcycle parts and components has direct effect on the service life of motorcycles.The choice and heat treatment of the materials for engine parts and components,transmission gears,bearings,and fasteners have great effect on the performance and operating efficiency of motorcycles. About 60%of the malfunctions of motorcycles are caused by poor quality of parts and components.The heattreatment technology is also one of the technical difficulties in the manufacturing of motorcycles.
