掺RAP的水泥乳化沥青混合料抗压回弹模量试验研究

摘    要:采用顶面法测试了掺RAP的水泥乳化沥青混合料中不同油石比、RAP掺量、水泥掺量、压实度和温度5个因素对其抗压回弹模量的影响。研究结果表明:掺RAP的水泥乳化沥青混合料抗压回弹模量随乳化沥青油石比的增大而降低;抗压回弹模量随温度升高呈线性降低;抗压回弹模量随水泥用量的增大而增大,推荐水泥掺量为3%;混合料抗压回弹模量随着RAP掺量的增大而增大,建议RAP掺量控制在50%范围以内;压实度对添加RAP的水泥乳化沥青混合料抗压回弹模量的影响显著。

Experimental Study on Compressive Resilient Modulus of RAP Cement-emulsified Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:The influence of such five factors as different asphalt-aggregate ratios, RAP content, cement content, compactness and temperature to the compressive resilient modulus in the RAP cement-emulsified asphalt mixture is tested using top surface method. The results show that the compressive resilient modulus of RAP cement-emulsified asphalt mixture is decreased with the increase of asphalt-aggregate ratio of emulsified asphalt, linear decreased with the rising of temperature, increased with the increase of cement content and RAP content. The recommended cement content is 3% and the RAP content is controlled within 50%. The compactness has significant impact on the compressive resilient modulus of the mixture of RAP cement-emulsified asphalt.
