隧道围岩与支护结构耦合作用研究及应用

摘    要:为了增强隧道工程支护效果、提高各支护构件利用率、保证隧道的安全,需要寻找减小工程支护力的途径,即最大限度地释放围岩形变势能、充分利用围岩自身承载能力,实现围岩与衬砌间的支护耦合,建立了由隧道表征变形量、支护体系组合构件的整体性能利用率、支护系统组合构件耦合效率3个指标组成的耦合评价体系,并用于西安岭隧道施工现场监测并进行耦合分析。结果表明:该隧道最终耦合效率较高,设计方案合理。

Research and Application of Coupling Effect of Tunnel Surrounding Rock and Supporting Structure
Abstract:In order to enhance the effect of tunnel support, improve the utilization ratio of the support components, and ensure the safety of the tunnel,it is nesessary to look for ways to reduce the engineering supporting force, i.e., to release the surrounding rock deformation potential to the maximum, make full use of bearing capacity of surrounding rock and realize the coupling between surrounding rock and lining. In this paper, a set of coupling evaluation system is set up, which is composed of such three indexes as the deformation of the Xi’anling tunnel, the whole performance utilization ratio and the coupling efficiency of the supporting system components and the Xi’anling tunnel is taken as the place for field monitoring and coupling analysis. The results show that the final coupling efficiency of the tunnel is high,and the design scheme of the tunnel is reasonable.
