摘    要:对掺聚合物与矿物掺合料(SCM)改性砂浆的力学性能和耐久性进行研究。试验包含两部分,试验Ⅰ分别对掺矿渣和硅灰(SF)的砂浆性能进行测试;试验Ⅱ是在最佳矿渣与硅灰掺量的基础上,通过填加聚合物,对双掺SCM与聚合物乳液的砂浆力学性能以及耐久性进行试验研究。结果表明,砂浆中掺矿渣和硅灰可以明显改善砂浆的强度和耐久性;掺聚合物以及SCM(矿渣或硅灰)的砂浆比单掺聚合物改性砂浆和普通砂浆表现出更好的力学性能和耐久性;与掺40%矿渣和聚合物的改性砂浆相比,SF-SBR改性砂浆具有最高的抗压强度、抗折强度以及抗氯离子渗透能力,但前者吸水率较低且抗碳化性能好。

Study on Effect of Polymer and Mineral Admixture on Performance of Cement Mortar
Abstract:The mechanical properties and durability of mortar modified by polymer and mineral admixture (SCM) were studied herein. The test involved two parts:the test I aimed to check out the performance of mortar mixed with slag or silica fume (SF) respectively; the test Ⅱ on the basis of optimal slag and SF content studied the mechanical properties and durability of mortar mixed with both SCM and polymer emulsion. The result shows that, the mortar mixed with slag and SF may have greatly improved strength and durability, and the mortar mixed with both polymer and SCM (slag or SF) has better mechanical properties and durability than that with polymer only and ordinary mortar; moreover, compared to the modified mortar with 40% slag and polymer, SF-SBR modified mortar has best compressive strength, breaking strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration, however, the former has low water absorption and better carbonation resistance.
