摘    要:为测试掺废旧沥青混合料(RAP)、矿渣(S)、粉煤灰(F)自密实混凝土性能,采用坍落度、抗压强度的测试方法,分别对RAP不同掺量和不同矿物掺和料(粉煤灰和矿渣)的自密实水泥混凝土性能进行试验研究。结果表明:RAP对自密实混凝土坍落度的影响较小,而矿物掺和料对其影响较大;随着RAP掺量的增加,自密实混凝土抗压强度逐渐衰减,而矿物掺和料对其强度改善不明显;最后通过对所有抗压强度数据进行回归分析,得到以RAP、粉煤灰(F)和矿渣(S)为自变量的自密实混凝土抗压强度预测模型。

Research on Properties of Self-compacting Concrete Containing Reclaimed Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:To test properties of the self-compacting concrete containing reclaimed asphalt mixture (RAP), slag (S), and coal ash (F), the experimental study is performed respectively for properties of the self-compacting concrete containing different amount of RAP and different mineral additives (coal ash and slag) by slump and compressive strength tests. The results show that RAP has small impact on the slump of the self-compacting concrete while the mineral additives have larger impact; with the increase of the RAP, the compression strength of the self-compacting concrete reduces gradually, and the mineral additive does not significantly improve the strength. Finally, regression analysis is performed for all compressive strength data to the obtain a compressive strength prediction model for self-compacting concrete based on independent variables such as RAP, coal ash (F) and slag (S).
