摘    要:新型BFRP筋材具有高强度、耐腐蚀、与注浆体粘结性能良好等优点,适合作为工程锚杆。从BFRP锚杆制作、锚具设计、锚杆施工步骤等角度,对新型BFRP筋材锚杆的施工工艺进行研究。设计制作了适合于预加力锚杆和非预加力锚杆的BFRP锚杆专用锚具,并获得简易对中器制作方法及锚具粘结工艺。通过实际工程应用表明,所提出的新型BFRP筋材锚杆施工方法合理可行。

Study on Construction Technology of New BFRP Anchor Bolt in Slope Support Engineering
Abstract:The new BFRP material, due to its advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, and well binding property to grouting material, is used as engineering bolt. Thus in view of BFRP bolt fabrication, anchorage device design, bolting construction, the construction technology thereof was studied herein. As a result, the special anchorage device was designed for prestressed and non-prestressed BFRP bolt, and the method to produce simple centralizer and the binding technology for the anchorage device were concluded. Through practical engineering application, it is proved that the construction technology for the new BFRP bolt proposed herein is reasonable and feasible.
