摘    要:为研究重载条件下半刚性基层沥青面层的结构力学响应,运用ABAQUS有限元软件计算半刚性基层沥青路面的弯沉、层底拉应力与拉应变、沥青面层最大剪应力,分析轴重、基层模量及厚度对力学响应的影响规律,并通过多因素方差分析研究各因素的影响敏感性。结果表明:轴重对弯沉、层底拉应力与拉应变、沥青面层最大剪应力的影响最明显,基层厚度次之,基层模量的影响最小。

Study of Mechanical Response of Semi-rigid Base Asphalt Pavement Surface Layer under Heavy-load Traffic
Abstract:To provide a reference for pavement design, the mechanical response of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement surface layer was studied under heavy-load traffic in this paper. The deflection, tensile stress and tensile strain of bottom layer, and maximum shear stress of surface layer were calculated by ABAQUS finite element software, then the impact on mechanical response of axle load, base modulus, and thickness were analyzed. The sensitivities of influence of various factors were studied through multi factor variance analysis. The results show that the axle load has a significant impact on deflection, tensile stress and tensile strain of bottom layer, and maximum shear stress of surface layer, the subordinate factor is base thickness, and immaterial factor is base modulus.
