| 摘 要： | 对57例肺癌患者放疗前后血清脂质结合唾液酸（Lipid－boundstalicAcid．LSA）、肿瘤坏死因子（TumourNecrosisFactor，TNF）水平进行了检测,并与20例正常对照进行比较。结果显示：肺癌患者放疗前血清LSA、TNF水平均明显高于正常对照（P均＜0．001），阳性率分别为77．19％、84．47％；放疗后LSA及TNF水平均较放疗前明显下降，且与疗效有关；TNF水平还与临床分期有关。两项指标联合检测的阳性率为94．74％。

| Abstract: | The serum levels of Lipid-bound Static Acid (LSA) and Tumour Necrosis Factor(TNF) in 57 patients with lung cancer before andafter radiotherapy were assayed as compared with those in 20 health controls. The results showed that both serum levels of LSA and TNF in patients with lung cancer before radiotherapy were significiantlyhigher than those in normal subjects (P ＜0. 001 ),the positive rates were 77. 19 %, 89. 47 % respectively. The serum levels of LSA and TNF were decreased remarkably after radiotherapy. which was related to the response of radiotherapy. TNF levelswere also related to the clinical stage. C0mbinedLSA assay and TNF assay could increase the posit.tive rate to 94. 74%. |
