烧结焊剂主要组分对焊剂熔化特性影响的研究

摘    要:埋弧自动焊烧结焊剂的熔化特性对焊接工艺性能有重要影响。利用均匀设计安排试验基本配方,通过对烧结焊剂熔化特性和焊接工艺性能试验确定试验配方;然后采用单因素轮换法对主要组分的熔化特性进行了测试,总结了它们对熔化特性的影响规律,对合理设计烧结焊剂的配方有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The melting behavior of the agglomerated flux is very important to the welding properties.This paper gives the basic design formula of the flux with uniform design method and the experiment design formula through tests of the flux melting property and welding performance.Then,using the single element shift method,the experiment is carried out to test the melting properties of the main component,and their influence on the melting properties is summarized,which is of important reference value to the reasonable design of the agglomerated flux.
