| 摘 要： | 首先介绍带制动三相异步电动机出厂自动测试系统的特点,然后阐明带制动三相异步电动机出厂测试系统自动测试电机和制动器的直流电阻、绝缘电阻、工频耐压时的泄露电流的基本方法和合格判定以及电机的匝间绝缘强度及堵转电流及损耗和空载电流及损耗的测试方法和电量测量原理。还介绍了通过手动测试制动器的制动间隙和制动效果,以说明带制动三相异步电动机出厂自动测试系统各项测试的优越性能实际使用表明该自动测试系统有效准确。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and functions of the automatic test system for three-phase asynchronous motor with brake are described.The auto-test processes of the DC resistance of the motor and the brake are stated in detail.Then,the testing method and qualification judgment criterion for insulation resistance and leakage current withstanding voltage of 0-3000 V at utility power frequency are introduced.Turn-to-turn insulation performance,blocking current and loss,no-load current and loss are also introduced.And then,manual tests of the brake clearance and the braking effect of the brake are selected to check and verify the advantages of the automatic test system for three-phase asynchronous motor with brake.Finally,the effectiveness of the test system proven by actual use is pointed. |
