摘    要:南京长江隧道工程江心洲右汊大桥为自锚式悬索桥,为保证大桥最重要的结构部件主缆的全寿命结构安全,对主缆进行缠丝与多层化学防护。本桥使用自制缠丝机进行缠丝,并在合适的施工环境下,按照规定的防腐涂装顺序,采取规范的防腐施工方法对检验合格的化学防腐材料进行主缆防腐涂装作业。

Abstract:Right Branch Main Bridge in Jiangxin Island of Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel Project is a cable self-anchored suspension bridge. To protect the life-cycle structure safety of the most important part-main cable, we come up with some schemes of wrapping and painting protection for main cable. For this bridge, we use homemade wrapping machine to wrap, paint inspected chemical anti-corrosion materials in a required order in a suitable environment, and use standard anti-corrosion construction methods to paint on the chemical anti-corrosion materials.
