| Abstract: | Analyzing the effect to the safe navigation of high speed craft because of her unique manoeuvreability, some issues are putted forward about the watch duty,look out,safe speed. This paper provides some amendmants and complement of the rule of high speed craft for the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea,1972. |
