混杂纤维高性能混凝土抗裂试验研究

摘    要:对16根混凝土梁进行抗裂试验研究和数值模拟,分析其开裂弯矩与纤维体积掺量的关系,并将试验结果与有限元分析结果进行对比.结果表明,适量加入钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维,可提高混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩,并且随着钢纤维体积率的增加呈增长趋势,当聚丙烯纤维体积率固定为0.055%、0.11%、0.165%,钢纤维体积率达到最高1%时,其抗裂弯矩分别比普通高性能混凝土梁提高了26%、42.9%、26%,同时,影响其抗裂度大小的主要因素为钢纤维的体积掺量.

Abstract:The test study and numerical simulation were made for the cracking resistance of 16 hybrid fiber high performance concrete beams, the relationship between the cracking moment and the volume adding amount of the fibers of the beams were analyzed and the results of the test study were compared to those of the finite element analysis. The results show that the appropriate adding of the steel and polypropylene hybrid fibers to the beams can improve the cracking moment of the normal sections of the beams and the improvement tends to increase with the increase of the volume percentage of the steel fiber. When the volume percentage of the polypropylene fiber is fixed as 0. 055% , 0.11% and 0.165% and the volume percentage of the steel fiber reaches the maximum of 1 % , the cracking moment of the beams are respectively improved 26%, 42. 9% and 26% in comparison to that of the common high performance concrete beams. In addition, the principal factor having influence on the degrees of the cracking resistance of the beams is the volume adding amount of the steel fiber.
