摘    要:对于多方向的车站,接发列车时容易错办进路,从而导致错开方向。CTC系统是依据调度员的列车运行调整计划,经行车安全检查之后进行自动排列进路或人工排列进路,可解决进路办理的安全问题。对于列车作业不能按图行车,同时调车作业量大的车站来说,CTC有一定的局限性,但这类车站往往迫切需要行车安全检查。提出了在TDCS基础上,车站值班员在车务终端上输入进路指令或者人工触发进路指令,这些指令经TDCS车站分机进行行车安全检查后发送给计算机联锁系统执行。该解决方案可以彻底地防止错办及漏办进路.满足了现场的运输需求,又提高了生产效率。

Abstract:It is prone to make the trains run into a wrong direction due to wrong route setting for stations with multi-direction. CTC System can set route automatically or manually after train operation safety inspection according to train operation adjustment plan by a dispatcher, thereby it can ensure the safety of route setting. But CTC is unsuitable for a station where the trains eouldnt operate according to train working diagram and excessive shunting operations could occur while train operation safety inspection is pressed. The author proposed a solution in which the station operator pushes route button or triggers route setting commands on the terminal of TDCS and the command could be send to computer interlocking system after station extension of TDCS completing safety inspection. The solution could avoid wrong route setting and route missing, satisfying the needs of transportation and increasing the efficiency of transport.
