扫描电镜观察癸酸钠对牙釉质表面抗酸蚀能力的影响

摘    要:采用生物化学方法及扫描电镜技术观察了01m m ol/L癸酸钠对牙釉质表面抗酸蚀能力的影响。并同时观察了02% 氟化钠及癸酸钠与氟化钠混合液抑制牙齿脱矿的作用。结果表明:01m m ol/L癸酸钠和02% 氟化钠均能增强牙齿抗酸蚀能力。两者混合液抑制牙齿脱矿的能力大于单独使用其中任何一种,并与先后依次使用癸酸钠与氟化钠的效果一致。因此,认为氟与癸酸独立发挥作用,癸酸抑制牙齿脱矿的作用可能是由于其表面活性作用及湿润特性,而氟则是促进早期龋蚀再矿化

Abstract:By biochemical method and scanning electron microscope technique, the influence of 0 1mmol/L decanoate sodium on the demineralization of human dental enamel by 1% citric acid was observed.The inhibition of demineralization provided by 0.2% fluorid sodium or fluorid fatty acid mixture was studied and compared at the same time.Our results showed that both decanoate and fluoride can reduce lesion formation.Their mixture (1∶1, V∶V) was more inhibitory than was either alone.We suggested that fluoride and decanoate acted in an independent manner to inhibite demineralization;decanoate was due to a favourable combination of the surfactant and wetting properties at low pH, and fluoride enhanced remineralizatia of early lesion.
