| 摘 要： | 从运行车速的角度对公路交通安全性开展评价研究,通过采集道路断面单车速度,将相邻断面的单车运行速度差的85%位值作为安全性评价指标.通过引入模糊数学中隶属度的概念,建立了基于单车速度差的85%位值的道路安全性评价隶属函数,并确定了道路安全评价等级的划分标准,以评定道路的交通安全水平.以某山区公路车速调查数据为例,对该评价方法进行了验证. |
