| Abstract: | With the increasingly quick development of electric bicycle＇s industry, the problem of electric bicycle＇s safety that has ever mused complex disputing in China seems to be eventless professedly. But when the statistic data of accident is given annually, it still makes people astoundment. This paper summarizes and assesses the potential safety concerns of electric bicycle, and based on the safe check list （SCL）method which is effective in the safety assessment, combining the history and trend of electric bicycle safety problem, proposes some advice to prevent accidents and keep safe according to the correlative law and standards. |
