| 摘 要： | 介绍一种改进的膈神经－膈肌实验方法，将传统的标本垂直放置改为卧置，神经纤维置于刺激电极上，浸盖液体石蜡，大大增加了有效刺激强度，且使刺激强度恒定，提高了实验结果的可靠性，而且操作方便。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a modificatory method of phrenic nerve-diaphragn experiment, with which the preparation was set horizontally other than uprightly. Nerve fibre was placed on one pair of stimulative electrode and immersed by paraffin,which not only considerablely increased enective stimulative intensity but also made the intensity more stable. With this method, experimental result is more trustworthy and its manipulation is easier than usual melhod's. |
