摩托车车架可靠性的计算机分析

摘    要:车架强度是车架设计中需要考虑的首要问题,它关系到摩托车整车的行驶安全性.通过分析得出:1)摩托车车架弯曲方管处有必要采取加强措施,一是弯曲处本身,二是方管根部应力过渡区;2)弯曲方管与转向柱支撑柱若换用新材料钢种,要提高强度级别;3)应提高结构件连接处的焊接质量,对焊接产生的焊缝采取强化手段.

Abstract:Frame strength should be taken into account firstly when designing a frame,because the frame strength has a direct bearing on the running safety of motorcycle. An analysis shows that(1)the bent square tube of motorcycle frame should be reinforced, that is the bent position and the stress transition area of the square tube root, (2) raise the strength level if the bent square tube and steering column support use new steel,(3)improve the welding quality of the connection points with the welding seams easily prOduced being reinfbrced.
