绕城高速承载力的分析方法

摘    要:为科学定量地分析绕城高速的容量水平,本文提出了一种简易的绕城高速的承载能力分析方法。该方法考虑了绕城高速的几何拓扑特点以及出行者路径选择特性,将路网备用能力分析的双层规划模型简化为线性规划模型,从而在给定的需求结构下,能迅速求解出满足路段通行能力及服务水平约束的绕城高速能容纳的最大交通量。江苏省徐州绕城高速承载力分析的实例应用表明,该方法不仅继承了备用能力模型的优点,即能考虑实际的交通需求结构、路网布局以及出行者的择路行为对路网容量的影响,而且简单、方便,便于实际应用。

Abstract:For analyzing the capacity level of a ring expressway scientifically and quantitatively, a simple method for analyzing the maximum traffic capacity of a ring expressway is presented in this paper. The method considers the geometric topology characteristics of the ring expressway and the traveler's route choice behavior, and simplifies the bi-level programming model of road network reserve capacity as a linear programming model, which can quickly ca]culate the maximum traffic flow the ring expressway can hold under the given demand structure and meeting the link capacity and service level constraints. The application of the proposed method in Xuzhou city of Jiangsu province shows that this method not only inherits the advantages of reserve capacity model, which can consider the actual traffic demand structure, road network layout and route choice behavior of walker, but also is simple, convenient, and easy to practical application.
