| 摘 要： | 高职院校专业自为组织的构建是创新高职院校基层教学组织、提高人才培养质量的有效途径。在分析高职院校基层教学组织的现状、存在问题的基础上，提出构建高等职业院校专业自为组织的设想，其内涵是专业在人才培养的各项工作中根据环境的变化形成自我调控、自我提高的机制，以实现提高人才培养质量的目标。
