| 摘 要： | 对公路超载、超限运输给公路设施、交通安全方面以及公路运输行业造成的危害进行深入分析,并对其危害做出直接经济损失的定量估测。另一重点在于强调公路超载、超限运输对全社会的危害,包括对国民经济、人民生活、法制环境和自然环境的全面危害。文章呼吁全社会对此给予充分重视并进行全方位的治理。

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes in-depth the harm of the overloaded road transport on the highway,trucking industry and road safety and gives the quantitative estimations for the immediate economic losses respectively. The other focal point of the thesis is the comprehensive analysis of the effects of the overloading on the whole society including national economy,people's life,legal environment and natural environment. The paper appeals to the whole society for paying great attention to and taking comprehensive effective measures to contorl overloading. |
