| 摘 要： | 在现代造船模式下，合理地安排众多的任务包的生产，满足资源限制要求，并做到资源利用的均衡，是生产计划的基本要求。面对复杂的造船生产，仅靠计划制订者个人的经验很难制订出合理的生产计划。通过引进蒙特卡罗方法，实现计划制订、计划平衡及计划调整的计算机处理。以一分段生产的计划安排为例，在保证分段建造周期及在资源限制条件下，应用蒙特卡罗方法确定较优的任务包作业顺序。通过计算结果分析，证明该方法可行。

| Abstract: | Under modern shipbuilding mode, it is basic requirement for reasonable shipbuilding schedules that numbers of Task Packages are arranged soundly, and that resources are used harmoniously. Nevertheless, a planner can hardly make up a ressonable schedule by his own experiences for complexity of shipbuilding procedure. In his paper, a method, Monte Carlo method, is used to realize computerization on schedule making up, balance and adjustment. As an example, a typical block assembling procedure is analyzed. Ensured block construction cycle time and constrained limited resources, optimum arrangement of task packages is found with Monte Carlo method. The result shows that the method is feasible. |
