摘    要:介绍了绞吸挖泥船新型台车缓冲系统的组成及其液压控制回路,详细分析了该类型缓冲系统的工作原理,在此基础上对台车系统、桩土模型进行简化,然后利用液压仿真软件AMEsim对缓冲系统进行动态分析,得到了上、下行走油缸张力和钢桩反馈弯矩的峰值随波浪的变化规律。除此之外还研究了缓冲系统在蓄能器处于不同的预压值下的缓冲性能。为以后此类缓冲系统的研究和设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The compositions of hydraulic buffering system and its hydraulic circuits of cutter suction dredger spud are introduced in this paper. Then the paper analyzes the working principle of this type of buffering system in detail. On the basis of that, the spud system is simplified, the proper mechanic model is build. After analyzing the buffering system by the AMEsim software, we can conclude the change rule of the tension of the walking hydraulic oil cylinder and the feedback moment peak value along with the wave. Besides, some researches are done about the buffering performance of this buffering system in different pre-charge value of accumulators in this paper. It provides reference for the further research and design of this buffering system.
