医用液位越限报警装置

设计了一种透明容器液位越限报警装置，该装置利用光电检测方式工作：激光器照射透明容器的设定报警液面位置，光线穿越容器出射到光电二极管上．设定位置液体的有无将改变该液位的折射率，从而改变光线的出射角，引起光电二极管接收光强的变化，检测电路侦测到这种变化，接通本地及遥控装置进行报警．经实验证明该装置工作可靠，灵敏度高，可应用于医疗及工业液位控制中．

Liquid Level Limit Alarm Apparatus for Medical Application

An apparatus is designed to detect liquid level limit in transparent with a laser beam across the transparent vessel at the set liquid level. The refractive beam reaching the detective end of the phot-electric diode gives different refractive index with of without water at the set level. The refractive index which means diferent refractive angle and the change of light intensity received by the diode. this alteration triggers the local and remote beeper through the alarm circuit. The apparatus has been proved reliable and highly sensitive and can be used in medical instruments and industrial control.
