客运专线铁路与普通铁路地面信号显示标准的兼容性研究

摘    要:目前我国客运专线铁路和普通铁路的地面信号机设置及其信号显示方式分别采用不同的技术标准。当客运专线铁路与CTCS-2/3级普通铁路交汇衔接时,接轨站及其区间的地面信号机设置及其显示方式存在兼容性问题,给铁路运输造成安全隐患。推荐的解决方案是:接轨站出站信号机采用普通铁路标准的出站信号机机构和常态点红灯方式,开放发车进路后分别执行普通铁路和客运专线铁路的信号显示标准。另外,文中还研究提出了可进一步完善兼容性的其他改进方案。

Research on Compatibility of Ground Signal Indication Criterions between Dedicated Passenger Line and Conventional Railway Line

Abstract:Dedicated passenger line( DPL) and conventional railway line are using different technical specifications for ground signal setting and signal indication. When DPL joints conventional railway lines of CTCS2 /3,compatibility problem exists in the junction station and the section in perspective of signal setting and signal indication,which poses threat to normal traffic. The suggested solution is that the starting signal of the junction station uses the starting signal and the normal red-aspect specified for conventional railways,and signal indication criterions for dedicated railway and conventional railway are implemented respectively after the outgoing route is opened. Moreover,the paper studies and presents other programs to improve the compatibility.
