盾构管片预埋滑槽技术在兰州地铁中的应用

摘    要:传统隧道内安装管线及固定设备采用打孔、化学锚栓与金属支架配合的方式,存在安装时效低、施工环境恶劣、对管片结构损伤大、维修保养困难等一系列问题,以兰州地铁1号线工程为研究背景,对盾构管片预埋滑槽技术进行系统的研究和探讨,通过典型工况下滑槽的受力分析、现场安装试验以及成品检测和实验室试验,论证地铁隧道内设计预埋滑槽的方案是安全可靠的,并确定了盾构管片预埋滑槽截面型式、材质、连接方式、锻造工艺与力学性能等设计参数和生产工艺要求,进一步明确了耐腐蚀性能是滑槽可靠性的控制性因素。预埋滑槽技术,改善了现场施工环境,提高设备与管线安装效率,对隧道结构零损伤,延长工程使用寿命,可在地铁行业内推广应用。

Application of Embedded Chute in Shield Segment of Lanzhou Metro Line

Abstract:The traditional method to install pipelines and equipment in tunnel is by drilling with chemical anchor bolt and metal support,which is resulted in such problems as low efficiency,poor construction environment,segment structure damage,and maintenance difficulties. This paper,with reference to Lanzhou Metro Line 1,conducts systematic research and analysis of shield segment embedded channel and justifies the reliability of the practice through force analysis of pre-buried channel under typical working conditions,field installation tests,finished product testing and laboratory tests,specifies design parameters and production process in terms of section type,material,connection,forging process and mechanical properties. It is defined that corrosion resistance is the controlling factor to ensure the reliability of the pre-buried channel. The embedded channel technology improves construction environment,increases efficiency of equipment and pipeline installation, protects tunnel structural components from being damaged and extends the engineering service life of the project,and will see extensive application in the industry.
