钢桁柔性拱钢桥的架设方法与施工装备设计

摘    要:介绍某(114.75+229.5+114.75)m钢桁柔性拱钢桥的架设方法与配套施工装备设计。该钢桥共有两座,一座主跨跨越高速公路,另一座主跨跨越河流。跨越高速公路者不允许在桥下设置临时支墩或进行吊装作业,跨越河流者在桥下设置临时支墩既困难也不经济。所以提出采用专门的塔吊提升站+架梁动臂吊机进行对称悬臂拼装架设方案。阐述了架设方案设计及配套施工装备设计,尤其是架梁动臂吊机的设计要则。
