客运专线提篮拱系梁支架设计与施工

简要介绍了客运专线东湖特大桥112 m提篮拱系梁支架的方案比选、结构设计及其实施工步骤。对大桥的基础形式、支架结构、预压方法进行了方案比选,确定方案后,从钻孔桩设计,钢管桩立柱设计、桁架设计、预压方案、施工步骤等方面入手,阐述了提篮拱系支架的设计与施工过程,最终达到节约工期、提高经济效益的目的。

Design and Construction of Basket Handle Arch Beam Supports in PDL

Scheme selection,structure design and construction steps of 112 m basket handle arch beam supports in Donghu Extra-large Bridge of PDL are briefly summarized in this paper.A scheme selection involving bridge basic form,support structure and prestress methods is made.Afterwards,the design and construction process of basket handle arch supports are elaborated from the aspects of drilling pile design,steel pipe post pile design,truss design,prestress scheme,as well as construction steps,which achieve the purpose of shortening work period and increasing economic benefits.
