摘    要:结合合福铁路无为站特大桥的施工实际,主要介绍了高速铁路高架车站现浇站台梁碗扣支架体系搭设、支架预压及预拱度的设置,桥梁支座安装、模板和钢筋的安装,站前站后接口工程的预埋及预留,预应力混凝土工程等关键施工技术。通过检测梁体质量达到设计水平,该施工经验对今后类似工程施工的技术管理有一定的借鉴价值。

Abstract:With the mega bridge at the Wuwei Railway Station of the Hefei-Fuzhou Railway as a practical example, key tech- niques for the construction of the cast-in-place platform beam of the elevated station of a high-speed railway, such as the erection of the bowl-like supporting system, the pre-compressing of the support, the provision of the pre-camber, the fixing of the bridge pedestals, the fixing of the shuttering and steel bars,the pre-laying and pre-burying operation for the pre-station and post-sta- tion junction projects,the construction of the pre-stressed concrete, etc. ,are introduced in detail in the paper. The quality of the body of the beam is found up to the requirements of design by technical tests. The experience obtained from the construction of this project may be of certain value in guiding the technical management of other similar projects in the future.
