摘    要:弹药包装箱是铁路运输过程中影响弹药质量、保证运输安全和实现快速装卸载的重要因素,其能有效地防护弹药对于外界环境变化的影响,提高弹药运输的安全性、高效性。弹药包装箱在铁路运输中存在如下主要问题:外形尺寸与铁路棚车内部尺寸未进行优化设计、内部结构设计未充分考虑铁路运输环境的影响、使用的部分新型材质不利于铁路运输捆绑加固和设计制造时对人工操作考虑略显不足。对如何适应铁路运输提出了几点对策,为弹药包装箱以后的生产设计提供了建议。在弹药包装箱设计中应充分考虑各种因素作用,为战时完成弹药的快速保障任务打下良好基础。

Abstract:Being capable of affecting the quality of ammunition to be transported, packaging cases for ammunition are an impor- tant factor in the process of railway transportation because they can effectively protect ammunition from being affected by exter- nal environmental changes, ensure the safety of transportation and realize the rapid loading and unloading of ammunition, thus helping improve the safety and efficiency of the transportation of ammunition. However, there are still some shortcomings in the design of packaging eases for ammunition,whieh are listed below:the physical dimension of the packaging eases is not optimum- designed to suit the internal size of the railway box car;the design of the internal structure of the packaging eases does not take full account of the influence of the environment of railway transportation; part of the new materials used to make the packaging cases do not favor being bound and reinforced when railway-transported;and comparatively little attention is paid to their being manually handled when they are designed and manufactured. A few counter-measures are put forward in the paper to help im- prove the packaging cases to suit railway transportation, with some suggestions provided to improve the design and manufacture of packaging cases for ammunition in the future. All factors should be fully considered in the process of designing the packaging eases for ammunition so as to lay a solid foundation for finishing the tasks of the quick support of ammunition in wartime.
