摘    要:按照承德南环170m跨径钢管砼拱桥有支架现浇施工方法,利用ANSYS软件分析了4种不同支架拆除顺序对钢管砼拱肋受力及变形的影响。根据分析结果,采用第1方案即从拱顶处立柱开始、逐渐向拱脚对称卸架的次序,各控制截面变形均匀且变形最小。为该桥安全顺利拆除支架提供了科学依据。

Abstract:In the light of the construction method for the casting-in-place of the 170 m-span steel-tube-concrete arch bridge of the south loop of Chengde City,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the effects of four different sequences of removing sup- ports on the forces loaded on and the deformation of the arch ribs of the steel-tube-concrete arch bridge. According to the result of the analysis, adopted is the first scheme,which means that the removal of the supports should start with the posts at the top of the arch,and should be performed gradually and symmetrically to the feet of the arch in the normal order,in which case the deformation of each controlled cross-section is uniform and minimum.
