摘 要: | 开发了室内模拟道路试验的随机疲劳可靠性试验系统。采用4m直径大转鼓并在表面安装高程凸块模拟低等级路面的不平特征,并配以油气悬架产生垂向作用于车桥的随机动载荷,再通过功率吸收装置增大车桥传动部件的旋转扭矩,可以在室内快速完成疲劳可靠性台架试验。对试验系统设计思想、结构特点、试验原理及试验方法进行了探讨,并对试验载荷的动态特性进行了仿真分析。

Indoor Accelerated Test for Random Fatigue Reliability of Automotive Drive-axle |

Abstract: | A testing system for random fatigue reliability test is developed,which adopts a 4m diameter drum with protruding blocks attached to it for simulating the rugged surface of low-grade road.A hydro-pneumatic suspension generates the random dynamic load to be applied onto the axle and a power-absorbing device is used to enlarge the torque acting on rotating parts of the axle.Using the system,the accelerated testing for random fatigue reliability of automotive drive-axle is carried out. |
