| 摘 要： | 就智能网的发展及特点论述了铁路智能网的建设策略。认为铁路智能网的建设应该迅速完成从叠加网到目标网的演变过程,并在此基础上大力发展铁路智能网的VPN业务,利用铁路公网的资源解决铁路专用通信的网络建设,以节省建设和维护费用,并充分发挥智能网的优势。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the building tactics of railway intelligent network according to the development and distinguishing features of the intelligent network. the author think that the building of railway intelligent network should accelerate the evolution from overlapping network to local network, and develop VPN for the building of special telecommunication network for railways by using public telecommunication network, so as to save building and maintenance cost and to give full play to the advantages of intelligent network. |
