| 摘 要： | 目的 评价主动免疫联合绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG)治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法 2 3 4例原因不明性习惯性流产 (UHA)患者中 92例接受主动免疫 (丈夫淋巴细胞皮内注射 )联合HCG治疗 ,另 84例和 5 8例分别给予单纯主动免疫治疗或单纯HCG治疗。结果 联合治疗组妊娠成功率为 86 .96 % ,对照组妊娠成功率分别为 5 2 .3 3 %和 2 7.5 8% ,差异有显著性。结论 主动免疫联合HCG治疗习惯性流产优于其他方法。 |

The evaluation of treatment of unexplained habitual abortion by active immunization combined with HCG |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of therapy with active immunization combined with HCG in the patients with unexplained habitual abortion (UHA). Methods In the 234 cases with UHA, 92 cases had the treatment of active immunization with their husbands' lymphocyte and combined HCG, 84 patients underwent the treatment of active immunization, and 58 patients underwent the treatment of HCG.Results The successful pregnant rate of the patients treated with active immunization combined with HCG was 86.96%. The successful rate of two control groups were 52.33% and 27.58%,respectively. There were significant differences among these three groups. Conclusion The therapy of active immunization combined with HCG is better than the others. |
