| Abstract: | Based on a visit to the Russia metro, from the viewpoint of urban rail transit network planning and
operation management, the relationship between the operation efficiency and the plan index and fore-
hand embedding in construction is analyzed; the networking mode which fits the Chinese situation is
probed by comparing the differences between the two countries; and the relationships between the
decision-making, the construction and the network function are discussed. |
