水环真空泵内部气液两相流动的数值分析

摘    要:文章采用CFD软件,利用VOF气液两相流动模型,滑移网格技术和二阶精度迎风格式数值研究了水环真空泵的泵壳内的三维两相流动特性。文中给出了计算结果的三维两相分界面,速度矢量和静压等值线分布的分析,结果与经典理论分析结论一致,验证了本文数值计算方法的可靠性。本文工作为理解和掌握水环真空泵内部真实流动特性和提高水环真空泵的效率提供理论依据和数据参考。

Abstract:Water-ring vacuum pump was widely used in vacuum pumping industries for its unique characteristics.To understand the gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics of the water-ring vacuum pump,the CFD software based on the VOF two-phase model was utilized.Sliding mesh and two-order upwind discretization method were adopted to solve the RANS equations.Gas-liquid two-phase flow field in the typical water-ring vacuum pump was analyzed,and the result confirms the feasibility of the numerical method used in this paper.The paper’s work can be able to supply theoretical study to increase the efficiency of the water-ring vacuum pump.
