碎石高聚物复合多孔材料强度特性试验研究

摘    要:采用室内试验对碎石高聚物复合材料的抗压和抗折强度进行了研究,分析了材料配合比、碎石粒径等因素对其强度的影响,同时还进行了耐光热老化试验和耐水流冲刷侵蚀试验。结果表明:碎石高聚物多孔材料的强度主要来源于高聚物胶黏剂的氧化固结作用和碎石集料间的相互嵌挤,前期增长迅速,后期逐渐趋于平稳;胶粘剂用量、碎石粒径、养护龄期等因素均会对其强度产生影响,其中胶黏剂用量、碎石粒径对强度影响显著;在光热条件综合作用下,碎石高聚物多孔材料强度有所降低;在不同的水流作用下,碎石高聚物多孔材料基本都不会产生冲刷侵蚀。

Experimental Study on Strength Characteristics of Gravel-polymer Composite Porous Material
Abstract:Laboratory test by gravel and polymer was conducted to study the compressive and flexural strength of this new material and analyze the effects of proportioning and grain size on the strength, together with the tests for the resistance to light-heat aging and to water scouring erosion carried out, simultaneously. The result shows that the strength of gravel-polymer composite porous material is mainly contributed by the oxidation-solidification of polymer adhesive and the interlock of gravel aggregate, growing fast in earlier stage and then gradually leveling off in later stage; adhesive content, grain size and curing period have effects on the strength, wherein the effects of adhesive content and grain size are significant; under synthetic photothermolysis, the strength may decrease to certain extent; erosion would not happen on the material under different actions of water scouring, substantially.
