热反射涂层抗滑技术研究

摘    要:为降低沥青路面温度、缓解城市热岛效应、提高热反射涂层路面抗滑能力,研究了抗滑颗粒及其最佳掺量、工艺等对热反射涂层路面抗滑性能与阻热性能影响,提出了热反射涂层抗滑技术。结果表明:0.60~1.18 mm机制砂作为抗滑颗粒,可以提高涂层路面抗滑性能且不影响涂层路面阻热效果;抗滑颗粒最佳掺量为涂层质量的40%,与不掺抗滑颗粒相比,抗滑性能至少可提高1.6倍;撒布工艺对抗滑性能提高最明显,预拌工艺可提高涂层的抗滑耐久性;抗滑热反射涂层具有良好的黏附性能,拉拔强度可达0.76 MPa。

Study on Anti-slip Technology of Thermal Reflective Coating
Abstract:To reduce the temperature of asphalt pavement, relieve urban heat island effect and improve the anti-slip ability of thermal reflective coating pavement, the effects of anti-skid particles, optimal dosage and process on the anti-slip and thermal resistance of thermal reflective coatings are studied. The results show that:0.60~1.18 mm mechanism sand can be used as anti-slip particles to improve the anti-slip performance of the coating pavement without affecting the heat resistance effect of coating pavement;the optimum content of the anti-slip particles is 40% of the coating quality, and the anti-slip performance can be increased by at least 1.6 times compared with non-slip particles;the anti-slip performance is improved by the spreading process most obviously and the anti-slip durability of the coating can be improved by the pre-mixing process; the anti-slip thermal reflective coating has good adhesion performance and the tensile strength can reach 0.76 MPa.
