管桩复合地基承载力验算方法比较分析

摘    要:预应力混凝土管桩用于填土路基下或构造物基础下受力模式有所不同,不同的规范对这两种情况下地基承载力验算要求也有所不同。为此,对不同规范中关于管桩用于路堤或构造物基础下的承载力验算要求和方法进行了比较,并结合工程算例对计算结果进行了分析,认为填土路基下的管桩宜验算单桩承载力和加筋材料抗拉强度;用于构造物基础下的管桩应验算单桩承载力和单桩复合地基承载力,为此编制了专用的自动计算表格模板,提高了工作效率。

Comparison and Analysis of Methods Calculating Bearing Capacity of Pipe Pile Composite Foundation
Abstract:The force modes of prestressed concrete pipe pile are different when it is used under filling subgrade or structure foundation, and the requirements on the calculation of foundation bearing capacity in both cases in different standards are also different. Therefore, the calculation requirements and methods thereof were compared and, in combination with the engineering examples, the calculation results were analyzed. It was found that the bearing capacity of single pile and the tensile strength of reinforcement material should be calculated for the pipe pile below filling subgrade, and the bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation ought to be calculated for the pipe pile below structure foundation. Moreover, a special table template for automatic calculation was prepared so as to improve the efficiency.
