掺水泥乳化沥青冷再生混合料强度影响因素试验研究

摘    要:采用垂直振动成型方法制备圆柱体试件,通过试验研究了乳化沥青类型和水泥掺量对高速公路路面上面层掺回收料就地冷再生混合料强度的影响。结果表明:与普通中裂乳化沥青冷再生混合料相比,SBR与SBS改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学强度可分别至少提高15.0%,9.0%;掺水泥1.5%乳化沥青冷再生混合料的马歇尔稳定度、浸水马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度和抗剪强度分别至少提高了11.0%,13.0%,19.0%,85.0%。因此,根据力学性能最优原则,选取SBR改性乳化沥青作为冷再生混合料的胶结料;考虑材料经济性问题,建议冷再生混合料中水泥掺量为1.5%。

Study on the Influence Factors of the Strength of Cemented Emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture
Abstract:Cylindrical specimens were prepared by vertical vibration forming method. The effects of emulsified asphalt type and cement content on the strength of in-situ cold recycled mixture of recycled surface of highway pavement were studied. The results show that the mechanical strength of SBR and SBS modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture can be improved by at least 15.0% and 9.0% respectively compared with that of normal mid-split emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. The Marshall stability, water-immersed Marshall stability, splitting strength and shear strength of the cement/emulsified asphalt mixture with 1.5% were increased by at least 11.0%, 13.0%, 19.0% and 85.0% respectively. Therefore, SBR modified emulsified asphalt was selected as cementing material for cold recycled mixture according to the principle of optimal mechanical properties. Considering the economy of materials, it is suggested that the cement content in the cold recycled mixture is 1.5%.
