管节吊装荷载作用下的综合管廊基槽稳定性分析

摘    要:以漳州市圆山大道下敷综合管廊工程为依托,运用FLAC3D平台对管廊基槽开挖及管节吊装等工况进行基于强度折减的安全系数分析,得到其稳定安全系数为1.31,满足规范及设计要求。进一步分析不同测点及不同工况下的位移和内力变化规律,发现不同工况下的稳定安全系数没有显著差异,且钢板桩深层水平位移远高于其他测点位移。

Stability Analysis of Integrated Pipe Rack Foundation Trench under Hoisting Load of Pipe Section
Abstract:Based on the foundation trench project of pipe rack in Yuanshan Avenue of Zhangzhou City, the safety factor analysis for the foundation trench under hoisting load is carried out on the FLAC3D platform. The simulation results based on strength reduction principle show that the stability safety factor reaches 1.31, which meets the requirement of the relevant code and design document. Further analysis upon the displacement and internal force at different measuring points and work conditions shows that there is no significant difference in the stability safety factor under different working conditions and the deep horizontal displacement of steel sheet pile is much higher than that of other measuring points.
