摘    要:针对高原多年冻土区公路对沥青混合料性能的高要求,从矿料级配角度出发,试验选取多碎石沥青混合料(SAC)和沥青玛蹄脂混合料(SMA)作为高原多年冻土区沥青路面的路用性能试验用料,用密级配AC-13进行对比。试验结果表明:SAC-13与AC-13破坏弯拉应变差异并不明显,而SMA-13的破坏弯拉应变较AC-13降低20.7%。三种级配沥青混合料动稳定度由高到底依次为SAC-13,SMA-13和AC-13,选用的两种抗滑表层较密级配AC-13动稳定度提高了一倍左右;三种级配沥青混合料的水稳定性基本相当。高原多年冻土区沥青路面病害主要以低温病害为主,因此SAC-13级配沥青混合料在高原多年冻土区公路沥青路面应用更具合理性。

Experimental Study on Adaptability of SAC Asphalt Pavement in Plateau Permafrost Regions
Abstract:The asphalt mixture as required by the roads in plateau permafrost regions should have high performance. Based on mineral aggregate gradation, stone asphalt concrete (SAC) and stone mastic asphalt (SMA) were selected for the pavement performance test in plateau permafrost region, with the dense-graded AC-13 taken as the contrast. The result shows that the difference between the failure flexural-tensile strain of SAC-13 and AC-13 is not obvious, however, compared to AC-13, the failure flexural-tensile strain of SMA-13 decreases by 20.7%. These three grades of asphalt mixture are ranked from high to low according to its respective dynamic stability as follow:SAC-13, SMA-13 and AC-13. Contrast to the dense-graded AC-13, the two kinds of anti-slide surface selected have the dynamic stability doubled approximately; and the water stability of the three grades of asphalt mixture are equivalent basically. Considering the pavement in plateau permafrost region is attacked by low-temperature disease mainly, the application of SAC-13 is more reasonable.
