贝雷拼装式斜拉桥临时墩施工技术

摘    要:为减小斜拉桥双悬臂施工状态下的不平衡外力作用影响,包括施工荷载、风、落梁等,在边跨或中跨设置临时墩,待主梁合龙后拆除。结合铁罗坪特大桥临时墩的设计施工过程,提出采用贝雷片进行拼装的临时墩,该临时墩设计简洁,具有施工便捷、环保、经济等优点,在同类桥梁中具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:To reduce imblance force effects on the cable-stayed double-cantilever construction,including loads of construction, wind, beam dropping, etc., temporary piers are set in side pier or miaddle pier and to be removed after the main beam close up. Combining Tieluoping bridge temperary pier design and construction, bailey trusses are assemblied as temperary pier for the advantages of construction convenient, environmental protection, economic, et al. The construction technology could be taken as reference for the same project.
