摘    要:结合振动压路机水油组合散热器的选型设计过程,提出散热器的选型原则及设计要点。并且探讨了水油组合散热器和风扇的最佳匹配原理,提出一种简单有效的综合冷却能力分析方法,解决了大吨位压路机发动机散热不良引起高温的问题。

Abstract:Combining the design of radiator with water and oil of vibratory roller, the principle and designkeys of radiator lecotype are presented. The fittest principle of radiator and fan is discussed. A simple and effective analysis method of synthesis cooling capability is presented. The high temperature problem resulted from bad cooling system of engine of large roller is solved.
